Ensure these products have dried before wearing your piece. Water (fresh, chlorinated, or salt) and high temperatures, such as prolonged sun exposure, should also be avoided. To prevent damage, remove jewelry before activities like sports and gardening that could lead to knocks or contact with harmful substances.
Gina Rose Jewelry is meant to be enjoyed for generations! Here's how to keep it looking as beautiful as the day you received it:
18K Gold: Good news! Gold is super easy to care for since it doesn't tarnish. Just use a touch of liquid soap and a soft brush to gently clean your gold pieces. Rinse with lukewarm water and give it a good dry with a soft cloth.
Sterling Silver: Sterling silver requires a bit more love to keep it shining bright. Avoid contact with household cleaners, bleach, and other harsh chemicals. The best way to clean it is with a silver jewelry cleaner and a soft cloth. Gently rub the silver, then rinse it well in warm water. Finish by drying and polishing with a polishing cloth or mitt to remove any tarnish and restore its gorgeous shine.
Your Gina Rose Jewelry is precious; protect it by storing each piece individually in a fabric-lined case, away from other jewelry. Returns & Exchanges
Online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. For boutique returns, please contact your local boutique.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be:
• New, unworn, and in perfect condition, with all protective materials, tags, and stickers (if applicable) attached.
• In their original packaging, including all accessories and documents, and accompanied by the sales slip.
• Not engraved, resized, modified, or a custom/special order.
This policy applies to online orders only. For boutique returns, please contact your local boutique.
Gina Rose accepts online returns by mail or in a boutique. Returns for a refund must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, with original tags, packaging (if applicable), and proof of purchase. Items not meeting these criteria will be returned to you.
Yes. Gift recipients can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. The original purchaser will receive the refund.

Your order may be delivered to your work place and holiday residence. Gina Rose does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, hospitals, freight forwarders or directly to UPS and FEDEX store locations. Please note that a signature from an adult (+21) will be requested at the time of delivery.
