Online orders may be delivered to the USA only. The following delivery options may be offered depending on the region and the availability of your creation. You may get an estimated delivery date once your selection is in your basket.

• Standard delivery: 2 - 5 business days, $15 rate
• Express delivery: 1 - 3 business days, $35 rate

Returns

Online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. For boutique returns, please contact your local boutique.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be:

• New, unworn, and in perfect condition, with all protective materials, tags, and stickers (if applicable) attached.
• In their original packaging, including all accessories and documents, and accompanied by the sales slip.
• Not engraved, resized, modified, or a custom/special order.

This policy applies to online orders only. For boutique returns, please contact your local boutique.

Gina Rose accepts online returns by mail or in a boutique. Returns for a refund must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, with original tags, packaging (if applicable), and proof of purchase. Items not meeting these criteria will be returned to you.
