I. Secure Logistical Dispatch

The Gina Rose Atelier utilizes a high-security logistical protocol to ensure the safe transit of every artifact. Because our work involves noble metals and traceable stones, we do not utilize standard retail shipping. Every dispatch is double-boxed, discreetly labeled as G.R. Atelier for transit security, and requires adult signature verification (21+) upon arrival.

• Secure Logistical Dispatch: 2–5 business days via insured ground transit. Valuation: $25

• Priority Insured Dispatch: 1–3 business days via secure air courier. Valuation: $55

• Complimentary Sovereign Dispatch: Overnight logistics with full indemnity. Included on acquisitions over $2,000.

Note: At this time, logistical landmarks are established for domestic (USA) delivery only. Estimated completion dates are provided once a commission is secured in the Atelier.

II. The Structural Review & Bench Correction

Acquiring a Gina Rose artifact is a commitment to metallurgical excellence. To honor the 23-year legacy of our bench, we provide a 30-Day Structural Review Window for all online acquisitions. This is not a standard retail return, but a Master-led audit of the piece to ensure its continued integrity.

To be eligible for a bench correction, exchange, or metallurgical credit, the artifact must be:

• Pristine: Unworn and in original "Atelier-fresh" condition, with all provenance documents and security tags intact.

• Unmodified: Pieces that have been engraved, resized by external jewelers, or created as a bespoke "special order" are final acquisitions and are not eligible for exchange.

• Documented: Accompanied by the original Sales Protocol and certification of materials.

III. Technical Review Protocol

If an artifact requires a metallurgical adjustment or a fit correction, it must be returned to the Chicago Atelier for review.

1. Initiation: Contact the bench at info@ginarosejewelry.com to receive a transit authorization.

2. Audit: Upon arrival, the piece will undergo a structural audit. Items that show signs of external wear, unauthorized modification, or damage will be returned to the patron without correction.

3. Resolution: Approved corrections are prioritized at the bench to ensure the artifact is returned to you with its structural integrity fully restored.
