18K Gold: Clean with a soft brush and mild, pH-neutral soap. Rinse in lukewarm water and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Sterling Silver: Utilize a dedicated silver polishing cloth to remove natural tarnish. When not in use, store your silver in the provided sueded pouch to minimize oxidation.

The Atelier provides a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on standard collections. Artifacts must be pristine, unworn, and accompanied by all original packaging and provenance slips.
Note: Bespoke commissions and modified pieces (resized or engraved) are considered final acquisitions.

Gift recipients may initiate an exchange or return for Atelier credit within 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
